I am beginning designs on a few new parts for accessories for the High Ball that will be High Ball specific. I working on a custom billet machined luggage rack, a billet machined aluminum and color filled American flag to fit to the cover of the front brake reservoir and a few other things for HB only. Also, some custom T-Shirts could be in the works. I'm careful not to infringe on the manufacture and would like some input from other High Ball riders as to what you would like to see specifically for our bikes. We machine CNC billet and plastics along with mold plastic and do some unique finish work. I make parts now for the Suzuki Boulevards. Any thoughts? Please share. Thanks Ken

custom work

Yeah, cheers Ken. Just waiting on my HB. Hopefully by the end of the month, when the next stock arrive from US to Australia. Mate, very interested to see what parts you manufacture, and if you ship overseas. Do you know of any tire mobs that make a 200 wide whitewalls that would go on the backs of our rims. What about this. Designing a pannie so it can carry me dog in it. An 11kg jack russell. Something with air vents and a perspex window so he can see out of. I was thinking of trying to score a cheap set of pannies, and ripping the guts out of one and chopping holes thru it. Just a thought. Cheers Ken. Dax Munroe.
Howdy Dax Will this be the first shipment of High Balls to Australia or did you already have a batch come down there? I bought the only one my local dealer ever had. I think he was happy to see it sell. I plan on making a rear luggage rack that will have High Ball specific design (my design of course) but only for High Balls. And....I want a tool/storage tube that does with the style of the bike that can mount to the front end lower frame below the oil cooler. What I've got in mind should be real clean looking and go with the Railroad theme of the name the High Ball. High Balling it is what we do and that's what a train would do when he was given the Red High Balls to run the main line as he had the route open to him. I'll share my ideas as soon as they are done being drafted up. Take care, Ken

I ride with the bars up and back both and find I like them up then I like them back. Can't seem to make up my mind. I'm riding with them about half back between the Dots on the bars and find them very comfortable and great control as well. I'm still having guys gather around the bike when I travel and stop places. Everyone has questions about it and loves the look. It gets the most turned heads of any bike I've had and some even taking photos of it!

I am nearing done with a new product I hope to offer for Victory's with High Ball in particular in mind. New steel black powder coated brackets that bolt up to the locations designed for passenger pegs that allow the mounting of smaller side bags or other devices like bike alarms. All I need is the powder coating to be done and we will bolt up, take photos and show off the new parts and put a price tag on them making ready for sale. I make other parts for bikes, for Suzuki specific and this will add to the items we make. I have two additional items for the High Ball on the design table.

Side brackets

So what's the status of these side bracket thingies?
Thanks for asking. The side brackets are now complete and I'm ready to take photos and show them off. I rode to North Carolina on a winter trip, 2100 miles and tested the left side bracket with a nice sized leather tool bag mounted to it filled to over flowing with tools and cleaning supplies. It worked great. The right side bracket went on last night. I'm now looking for a smaller leather bag to mount to that. I like them. They are out of the way, mount to the passenger peg mount locations and we as High Ball riders will have an optional use for those mounts and give us a place to mount a bag, a device, etc. Perhaps a gun holster! Now that's and Idea. Let me get some photos and a price point established for these and post tomorrow. Take care, Ken

I'll have pics soon. Took them, now I need to make notes and get some costs together so if anyone wants one or a pair of these custom brackets I'll have some pricing for them. I'm loving my brackets. Mounted a nice leather bag on the left side which is out of the way and lets me store tools and a lock for my bike. The bracket on the right will be for a new bag I've not bought yet. It's all coming together.

I keep having folks ask me who makes Victory. I say Victory. They say who. They say which Suzuki model is this. I say it's not a Japanese made bike. They say, so who makes it. I give up and say Polaris. They say, oh, who is that. Honestly? Everyone loves my High Ball. I have folks taking photos of it all the time. People crane their necks to see my bike. I love it.

Are you the same guy that posted a bad a$$ sissy bar fender rack combo made from tubing
Not me.
I'm working on side bag brackets for the High Ball. They mount to the locations where the passenger pegs would go.
I've got them done but adding more parts to these before taking final photos and posting.
Hope to make available for sale.
Also, a new leather bag braket that mounts a bag just behind the solo seat thus making it a nice backrest too.
I'm using The Leather Works bags. They are American made by Americans and very high quality.

So how much insurance do you have 10 million dollar police?

Not trying to rain on your ideas but it only takes one part to cause a accident and some one will sue the hell out of you.

You would be better off selling your ideas to a company that has insurance.

If they say they would not sue you its not up to them who ever insures there bike will come after you
Justsaying
I think we are running 10 million in liability insurance currently.
Yes, I'm in sured.
I make parts for Suzuki Boulevards and ship around the world.
It's just a small part of what my corporation does.

Ever considered making high-Ball specific floor boards? Blacked out boards... or mini boards that still function well.... HB logo? Something that would look bad a$$ on a HB, but help on the comfort side..... Possibly also blacked out heel-toe? Just suggestions and ideas..
Good ideas.

I haven't considered it yet because I've been so behind on getting these other things done.
I mostly reate the things I want to see then react to demand of others.

The comfort factor would help for the High Ball.

I'm a peg guy though and really enjoy my pegs because I would drag boards off the bike. LOL

But I'll give it some thought.

I am still working on my custom metal brackets and leather bags.

So far, I have the two round bags mounted on the sides. They look great.

Next I'm mounting a single larger round bag above and to the rear of the solo seat.

I'm running a new Mustang Solo on my High Ball now and love it.

Next the Easy Brackets will mount my Leatherworks brand "swing arm bags" that I will use as
saddlebags.

I like that "Pony Express" look on this bike and don't want full floppy saddlebags.

I will have five of The Leatherworks bags mounted when I'm done and two will be able to unlock and slip off
with the Easy Bracket system.

Three will be mounted with my own custom water jet cut and flat black powder coated steel brackets that are one of a kind.

Once done, I will post here and see what you all think with plenty of photos.

I have completed my five leather bag installs on the High Ball and three are with my own custom metal flat black powder coated brackets.
My plan is to offer these for sale soon.
I'll get photos made in the next few weeks and post them here.
Keep the faith, it's all coming together.
Ken

Soon I will offer the custom steel black powder coated brackerts in our ebay store for these new bag mounting brackets for the High Ball.
You can use these on any Vegas or even a Kingpin.

I will post a few photos here showing the new leather bags mounted to the high ball.
The custom brackets I will offer allow the mounting of roll bags to the big in three specific locations.
The behind the seat area, using the stock mounting locations, the passenger foot peg bolt locations for side roll bags.

Keep in mind you can mount anything you want to on the metal brackets. I chose to mount my MADE IN THE USA The Leatherworks
bags.
The side bags that look like Pony Express bags are mounted using standard Easy Brackets and they are removed with a key.
