Maybe a little touch of VHT Night Shades on that big M109R looking taillight and I think you got it.

Depends on how many coats are applied. There is a right and wrong way to do it. I've seen many applications that were done poorly sanding between coats is needed for that high gloss custom look. Check out YouTube on the subject.
