Camshaft "AHA!" moment

I went on parts.polaris.com and looked up every single 2012 model. The Cross Roads, Cross Country, and the Vision all share the same cam which has more bottom-end torque. There is a torque/hp graph of this on Lloydz dyno tune page. All other models from the Hammer to the Kingpin, to the Vegas and Judge have the same cams. I knew I felt a marked difference on my favorite uphill runs where I like to see how fast I can go before the crest of the hill! Just wanted to share info with anyone interested.

I never did understand why peopleuse the terms of "stages" for their levels ofmods. In theory, some dude at a bar stool could bebragging up the"stage 2 or 3" kit he has and laughs at a guy who has a "stage 1" kit. Since usually a stage 1 includes intake and exhaust, the guy could have a turbo on it..... nuff said
