This is off topic for sure but it's a new thing for editing photos that just came out.
RapidRaw. An open source Lightroom clone is now available for free for Mac, Windows, and Linux. I don't know if it works on all Linux distros but it works well on my Linux Mint 22 system. Did I mention it's free? It will undergo improvements over time. There's a generative Ai addon for it using Comfy UI but I haven't been able to get it work on my Linux or Win11 systems.
Download it before Adobe finds a way to shut it down.

If you install this on Windows it will give you a message to not install it. It's only because it doesn't have the certificate. I had no problem bypassing the warning and installing it. Lots of good software is that way, sometimes for a short time, sometimes longer.
Since I do a lot of photo editing I already have Lightroom Classic, Luminar Neo, Capture One, ON1, and a few other editing apps on my Win11 system. Of those Neo and LrC (Lightroom Classic) are my two favorites due to the powerful built-in Ai tools and ease of use but they are all good.
I'd like to see RapidRaw develop to the point where I wouldn't need to pay for the yearly subscription for the Adobe Lightroom suite.
