I am planning to ride from Maine to the Blue Ridge Parkway and then to Deals Gap (The Dragons Tail)sometime in mid to late June. Any recommendations for travel route getting to the Waynesboro Va (Begining of the BRP)? I need to make time getting there but I don't want to killed either. Any recommendatins for the Parkway (ie lodging, resturants etc..)? Anyrecommendations for the Deals Gap area.
Any good touring sites that may be able to help me plan this trip??
I plan on riding the diamondback, NC 276/NC 215 loop, the dragon, cherohala skyway, and the moonshiner.
