Blew out my rear shock

Think I also have a failing shock. After 14,000 miles it is starting to my skid plate on dips. Yes I'm lowered 15 pounds and am now up to 45 lbs and still happens time to time. Holding air so air bag not blown figure oil.

Nobody but victory make a replacement?
