Hey all, I upgraded my speakers getting rid of the 7 year old factory ones. Great improvement but the volume won't increase on rides. I've checked the settings and speed volume is on. I tried each level. Im thinking the stereo can't output the watts needed. So I got a marine 4 channel amp ready to install. Here's the question... Where do I get my "rem" line from? The rest of power will be directly off the battery. Thanks on advance.

Most Factory radios don't have a remote turn on circuit unless the vehicle has an electric or elctronic antenna. Some of the newer amps are current sensing and will turn on automatically, but if not then you may need to run an ignition turn on to control the amp.
