Is there a plug for putting a accessory plug in the saddlebags? I didn't see the plug like the cct's have that I could plug it in to

Here are some options.

Amazon.com: motorcycle cigarette lighter

When I had my KingPin I ran a SAE to Powerlet cord to a Powerlet that ended with a dual cigarette plug. I ran the wire along the main harness and then ran the dual plug into the saddlebag. I added Velcro to the plugs so I could pull it out and have more reach if ever needed. The cord was pretty long so I just coiled the rest in the bottom of the bag. What was nice about the extra was being able to pull it out if you were doing something like adding air to a tire and needed some extra reach. This let me charge my phone and stuff with the bike on of off.

It worked for me but the Powerlet stuff is not to cheap. They have come a long way since then and I think I would go with one of the above options with a built in USB since that is what everything uses now days.

Escalade: I don't understand your question -- could you be more specific, regarding what sort of plug you're looking for, what device(s) you want to hook up, that sort of thing?

If you're looking for a female cigarette-lighter-style socket, Bulldog's post above has a good link to a starting point at Amazon.

If you're looking for a USB socket (to charge all manner of modern electronics), you might be interested in 3BR's "PANEL TAPP-VS™ Victory Motorcycle Saddle Bag USB Power Port Kit." See the very bottom of the page at 3BR Powersports | Baryl Power Ports | Power Sport Vehicles - Snowmobile, Motorcycle, Adventure Bike, Cruiser, ATV , and also the detailed product page at https://www.3brpowersports.com/PDF/Panel_TAPP_VS_Version2.pdf . This is a plug-and-play USB adapter meant to install in an XC or XCT hard saddlebag. I don't have this, but: A) there are posts in this and the other forum by riders who've purchased this, and; B) I do have some other 3BR products (their Panel Tapp and a GoPro case), and can testify that 3BR is a friendly and helpful company to do business with.

Does the X-1 Stealth come with Vic hard saddlebags?

yes they have hard bags

12V Waterproof Car Motorcycle Cigarette Lighter Power Socket Plug Outlet + Wire

i have one of these for each bag that i was wanting to install. i can hook it straight to the battery with a fuse link but what i wanted to know is if there is a place on the magnums like the cct's have for hooking up to the tour pack so i dont have to run all the wire and already fused. i did find this after a little more searching so im going to look to see if i have it.

Because the basis of the XC, Magnum, X1 etc are all the same, you should have the tour pak plug somewhere under the seat I believe.
