I bought one on eBay for my 2012 CC Tour for $17 a couple of years ago. It may be a knock off, I don't know. It's on my computer and I also have it stored on a USB drive I keep in the trunk with some other bike related items.
If I knew how to edit the pdf for just Chapter 19, I'd try it and see if it wasn't too big to email. The manual is 841 pages in length!
