Xbow exhaust heat shield removal

Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum as well as recently purchasing a 2013 hammer. Anyone have a tip on removing these heat shields on the xbows? I know they're not the best pipes, but getting new ones isnt an option at the moment. Do i need to remove the entire exhaust, or is there a way to pull them without? Removing the entire exhaust seems to be quite the pain in the ass. Thanks

look on back side. If its a hose clamp just unscrew it. If there is no screw slot your going to have to cut them off. You have a friend that rides have him look at it
some time a 1/4 inch drive ratchet with socket can work better then a screwdriver
