i have a 2007 victory kingpin tour, it has original clutch with approx. 10,000 miles on it. i came home from toronto to levittown pa and i noticed there was a whine noise not loud but enough i can hear it. could it be my clutch or someone said maybe oil pump. i change the oil with victory oil kit every 2500miles. Concerned any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I'm sure it's the Gear Drive Primary. Notin to worry about.

Maybe it was complaining because you were out riding in the cold. My Triumph 05 Bonneville T100 speedo does the same.

ok, Thank you i get worried i put on alot of miles and don't want to mess up my ride.

I JUST replaced my clutch plates at about 130 K .

Give it a good wash, you may have some dirt or road groad somewhere. My brake pads whir. It's an EZ fix by just taking an emery cloth and taking the sharp edge off new pads ever so slightly.

You're bike was prolly just screaming YIPPPPEEE I'm out on the road!

Just keep up on the reg maintnance & you should be fine!!! It's a VIC!!!!
