Hey gang. I am looking to buy a used KP soon. Been checking out ads in the South East area. What is the difference between the Tour and Deluxe models? They look the same minus the Deluxe has a trunk case on the back.Any other differences to know of? I am looking for a KP between 2004-2008. Under $9K. The black/grey two tone seem to catch my eye the most. Did find a 2004 Tour two tone paintwith 20K miles. Bike is clean and looks great. Dealer is asking $6800. Do you folks on the VOG find this a good deal?

My 07 Tour with 11k miles sold for $8k.

The tour models come with the trunk and saddlebags. Don't know what the deluxe comes with.

The only difference onthe deluxe and the tour is the trunck.

From 2004-2005, the KP Deluxe had a 92 CI engine and 5 speed. This changed in 2006, with a 100 CI engine and 6 speed.

Both the Deluxe and the tour had the factory Victory windshield, lowers, and factory saddlebags. In 2007, Victory add a trunk and the KP Deluxe became the Tour.

Basically, if you discount the difference in Engine and transmission (which is a year model change as well), the only difference is the trunk.

Realize this is an Old Thread .. But Miss my 2007 Kingpin Tour .. That one and my FXR4 are two Rides out of the 19 I have owned in 50 Years that sometimes wish I had back ..
