was hoping this was linked to the vogs Facebook. I can't seem to figure out how to post when I'm on their Facebook page.
I think you have to join the vogs fb group first & then you can hashtag wd contest, should be few other examples once you get on over there. Good luck, welcome, this groups much better looking, is more knowledgeable, has better information & we’re way more likely to give useful solutions to actual issues with some random sarcasm mixed in.

Witchdoctors assure me it's a brand new part from Polaris.
Comforting to know they're still making new parts for a 2006 Victory !

Have you seen the aluminum replacements? Not sure if they're still being made but I know that was an option at one point.

Yes, I was talking to Cory from Hammered Steel Performance , he has been trying to help me and is a great help.
He actually had one that he'd been experimenting with.
It's on its way to me now 😁via FedEx.
Once that's on it'll cure the massive vacuum leak.
Then I just gotta find the electrical gremlin.
Cory is a fkn Legend!

You deserve an award simply for navigating the awful WD website. Hopefully they’ve at least doubled or tripled the amount of Tootsie Rolls you get with your parts.

Tootsie rolls are $5 each when you see their pricing.

WD Polaris parts pricing is typically straight MSRP and there are other online dealers at MSRP -20% with equally lower shipping costs.
A big bag of Tootsie Rolls is fairly cheap at WalMart so there’s that as well. I find the WD website nearly useless. ‘Filtering’ parts for a 2013 Hard-Ball returns as many Indian specific parts as general Victory parts. Crazy and IMHO, no longer worth the frustration.

I uncheck the “universal” filter that gets automatically applied. cuts down on most all of the extra junk.

Years ago I was quite enamored by WD and what they were doing to support the Victory brand. They have a business to run and I suspect their attention has simply fallen quite a bit towards Victory Motorcycles.

For oem replacement parts I just see no reason to shop with them. Other online sources have the exact same access to the exact same oem parts and offer them at 20% less. Plus I've never paid over $20 for shipping to my door from my usual online oem parts source. If I have a cancellation because I found I double ordered, it's one phone call, no muss, no fuss, no problem. "Thank you for shopping with us". I also find using the Polaris IPB pictures a LOT easier than surfing through dozens of pages on the WD site trying to find a specific item. If I know the oem item number, the WD site is much easier to use. But then I see no reason to pay an extra 20% so what's the point?

I had three returns once with WD from a single order. One they flat out lied about and the other two they said "no return on anything Barnett, they don't accept returns from us". Ok, good to know. It didn't matter I never even opened the Barnett boxes. I was just over their 30 Day return window so I accept some blame here. I would have paid for the return shipping and simply bought something else. Heck, I would have been ok with WD Store Credit for the two Barnett returns. Nope, no compensation of any kind considered on their part.

If you're wondering, I have a Barnett clutch pack and a Barnett billet pressure plate, still in their original boxes, unused, unmolested and in pristine condition. The Barnett clutch tool they sent me was threaded wrong and simply could not be used. I sent it back, they said "it worked fine for our technicians, no problem". I said, "impossible unless they rethreaded it". "Nope, they used it as is". "Ok, send it back to me". They did, it was never used and still could not be used as delivered. I rethreaded the part myself and made a mental note to be cautious with WD going forward.

Yesterday I got an email from WD saying their Barnett clutch cables were 50% off. 50% off, sweet! I'll buy one at that discount without hesitation, just because. Perhaps they had 'some' Barnett clutch cables at 50% off, but certainly not one for my CCT or my Hard-Ball. Both my bikes take the same one. Full retail is all that came up on two black sheath Stock length Barnett clutch cables. One was offered at $96.31 and one was offered $123.22. I could find no discernable difference between them in the description. The fitment was the same so the difference in price was baffling. They had a third option with a stainless sheath, I had no interest in that one. But I can get the same or better pricing on eBay with free shipping and without the misleading 50% discount 'offer'.

Go buy the aftermarket parts from the real manufacturer for less too.
I paid extra for some FMB bars from them just because at the time FMB had a three week wait. Used a coupon code so it wasn't too much more than direct from source.
