Well I think my R/R toasted. Yesterday when I took off for work, the engine light lit up, voltage gauge spiked up into the red zone, dash lights started flickering off and back on. So turned around and took it back home. I haven't had a chance to look into it yet.
I know I need to check battery connections. And voltage at the battery Running and not running. Ect, ect.
My question is: Did we ever decide what regulator was best for our bikes? I know Shunt type and series type were discussed in previous threads.
And if anyone has a source please chime in. Thanks
