My bride bought one of these from Wally world. She claims it makes all the difference! The ribs provide air flow, and since the top and bottom are different patterns, it changes the pressure points.
Toss it in the saddle bag when not wanting. $12 range if I recall. cheap and easy. (Not my bride, the pad...)
