I know that the Vision 8Ball is a stripped down to the bare essentials, but does anyone know if it comes with the power windshield?

Bare bones. I was told by the dealer that they don't even have shocks on the bag doors.

8 balls are bare bones, no cruise, no radio, no power windshield, no heated grips, no heated seats.

All can be added but it'll likely cost much more that way.

From my perspective - it's usually cheaper - and less hassle to get it on the bike from the dealer. As stated above the Vision 8 Ball is a bare bones "Spartan" bike.
