Yes it is.
They stress the torque, but they don't mention horsepower. The thing with a V-Rod is they don't start to run until 5000 RPM and will tach out to 8500... kinda run like a sportbike motor. Not much torque but high horsepower through high RPMs.
A Victory motor makes more torque off idle than a V-Rod is gonna make all day. How much of your riding is done above 5000 RPM?

The V-rod is the only HD that is worth looking at IMO. I would not compare it to the Hammer, it is in a different class

I totally agree on all counts. I would like to have both, but that's not gonna happen.
