Yes it will fit.

And it looks used. The discoloration is rust.... But normal. A K&N oiled filter cleaning kit is all it needs.

It will fit a 2014. The filter looked that way when i purchased it 'new'. it was only used on a few rides, before I purchased a Lloyd'z filter with a custom tune.
