Twist grip seems to be in a bind, cable(s) and throttle body are free.

Twist grip seems to be in a bind, cable(s) and throttle body are free.

Check the bar endcap. If it got tapped in to far , that could be why?

Thats all it was. I used a small oil filter strap wrench, backed the chrome end cap up/out, and twist grip works as it should. A simple fix that a 71 year old non-mechanic forgot about.
