Watching the auction just to see how much they go for.

Sh!t, I'm out. 450? F*ck 'em, they can have 'em. I'd rather buy an underdrive pulley for that kind of money.

That's the current bid and there's still 6-days remaining on the auction. At that price I would think some manufacturer would pump out 100 sets and make a killing.

I hear ya. Man, I wish I was one of these fancy fabricators that can do stuff like this. Making the deflector piece probably isn't all that hard - it's the brackets. That is the fly in the ointment.

years ago i broke one of my deflectors. took the good one to a friend of mine who worked at a glass shop and asked if he could match it up with something. he made me one out of a piece of plexi glass , bent it with some heat gun, drilled the holes, etc. is it perfect ,,,no but know one knows the difference but me, and i was out 35 bucks ! like ghostrider said its the brackets that are key. but at this stage of the game with these bikes fuk it and just bolt something on from an after market co. that's my take anyway :ride:

Are the brackets anything special? Wonder if they can just be 3D printed. Hmmmm....I know 2 work teammates that have printers...maybe I’ll hit them up.

I picked up a set of the brackets a couple months ago. I couldn't find 1 of mine at last year's crash site. It's crazy that all 4 brackets are different.

You got one for the lower left? That's all I need and then I'll grab a set of the metal ones from Cycleops.

    I'm minus 1 of the left's. Can't recall which 1. I'll check when I get home.

@Jasperboy I forgot to say thanks for alerting us! You never know, man. Someone out here may just pony up and get them. I would love it but that is too expensive for me.

While following up I did find this:

victory vision lower wind deflectors | eBay

they look OK. Looks like to mount them you would have to drill holes in the fairing. But if that is not a concern these might be a good option. They say there are 3 in stock.

A guy on FB has lowers too. I got a set of those and they are ok. The brackets are 3d printed and two of mine were hollow inside and collapsed. He replaced them though. They do the job as well as the stock ones I have on my other Vision. The repops tape didn't hold and i drilled on one bolt per lower to make sure they don't fall off.

Let me know and, even if you don't have it, thanks for looking.
