The right turn signals stopped working on my 08 kingpin 8ball it flashes for a split second then stops, i dont know much about bikes unfortunately so im wondering if this is a simple fix or is it a more complicated fix that i shouldnt do my self?

does just the front work or just the rear. Could be the bulb. if not start looking for pinched wires inside cover underseat and even inside headlight bucket

They both dont work, i just put a new seat on maybe thats it?

Maybe. Check wires under the seat. You might've pinched one or more.
