I need to replace the entire trunk tail light assembly but can't find the part # on the Victory Parts site. Does anyone know what it is?

Looked through it and it lists parts just like the OEM and other aftermarket sites. No one seems to list anything about the trunk yet that I've seen which is very odd.

You are looking for the trunk light correct, #5 on the parts list. I don't know what year bike you have but they should be the same.
