Topic idea to add to forum

I have been looking around the forum and there is no real spot for road trip ideas. I am already planning a ride from Nebraska to Ketchikan AK (via Prince Rupert BC Ferry)
I am looking at doing the trip in June or July. I have a few friends that are interested in going and if we pick up people on the way or back even better.

I only need Alaska and I will have all 50 states that I have been in.

So am I nuts or crazy?
What things do I have to be ready for in Canada if any?
Are there gas stations close enough together while up in Canada?
Is wildlife a concern?

Let me know what you think. Also if Andy is up for it to put a topic heading of trips to take or help planning trip.

Shouldn't be a problem. I planned most of my gas stops. There were some areas where it was 145 miles between gas stations.
No problem with the roads. Some info at this link.

While visiting Canada just stop at a local Tim Hortons, other bikers will be there soon if not already present.

That is a great link don't think I am going that all out but will take the note on Hyder AK to get Alaska in the picture.
My wife might be following me in the car with the kids and a friend so we can always put some extra gear in her car. Family vacation and some road time.

No offense taken I have been to the boundary waters many of times and have always enjoyed the wilderness.
I am planning on hitting Hyder AK that way I don't have to use a ferry and save some costs.
Won't be getting around to Ontario this time but maybe a great lakes trip is in order in the future.
Thanks for the info and I try not to piss people off
