Original owner 2012 CCT , 21,000 miles. I've been on forum for 9 years. Combination of medical and age - it's time to sell Vroomhilda. I'm asking a reasonable $12,500 which is too much for the 2nd and 3rd gen new lowball Victory owners so If it does not sell, and I expect it won't at that price I am going to begin stripping parts off to equate in my mind the going price for the less is more bagger style. With that said - Parts for sale will be - RED tour box with HD chrome rack, Black Tri Flo slip on's, WD reinforced aluminum skid plate, LLoyds Timing wheel, Grasshopper back rest with mount, Heel shifter, Brand new Front and Rear brake pads, possibly RED hard lowers. Then I will sell it as a bagger for $10,000. If interested I am making a list of who wants what - make parts offer to msg me. ** as an aside - We have already bought and we enjoy using our new Electric Bicycles. It was said Colt firearms made all men equal, so does ebikes when it comes to hills!! Have been riding the speed of traffic mostly and having a grand time. Even have communication connection helmets! The Mrs. call hers a Harley complete with stickers and HD colors..Cracks me up. In the Marine Corps we said "Adapt, Improvise and Overcome" I am.
Looks like I will be short 115K to 1 milllion MC ridden not trailered miles over 49 years of riding. It's been a good run. :^) Either you make the decision or it gets made for you. I am making it now.

What makes you think that's a "reasonable " price? Does the bike have 1,000 miles on it?

    For perspective

In 13 I bought a 4 yr old Vegas with 1,100 miles for 50% of MSRP

In 15 a 7 year old Vision for 1/3 MSRP

    Then in 17 after production stopped a 13 XC @ 50% MSRP w/1,100 miles

Your bike is twice as old as both of my garage queen purchases and your ask is more than 50% MSRP with howmany miles?

Don't take this the wrong way , I love these bike and will keep mine till the wheels fall of. If your bike has more than 50k miles you will be lucky to get 9k as a XCT and 7500 as a XC.

Not trying to bust your bubble, just some food for thought.

Perspective and subjective opinion. I care not what you bought nor sold from others that needed to sell. I bought F stock at 4 and sold at 13 - who cares? I can park this in the garage and gaze lovingly at it for the remainder of time. I don't need to sell. There is an ass for every seat as they say in sales, even for people who like the Vision. Some would say you compounded your mistake several times over buying more than one Victory. Perspective jmstang302. Some GT owners don't care for my brand new 2020 High performance Mustang stick shift... don't care - I like it, my perspective and my cash money. BTW it just turned 21,000 miles. That is low.

They made Sunset Red Tricoat, Havasu Red Pearl Metallic, and Crimson Red Metallic, each with unique paint codes, in the Cross Country platforms and a couple other red colors for other models I believe. Though thinking of it now, if your bike is a 2012, I think it is before the Havasu Red was released so the trunk won't match my bike.

I wasn't planning on selling the bike here otherwise I would have posted a picture. Mostly posted as a commentary of 9 years on the forum and possibly offering up some accessory parts just in case it does not sell to offer parts to ya'll here first.
There are other parts I have not even listed I've had it so long and forgot about like the Air Shock relocation hose, thicker rubber kick stand puck and things of that nature. If someone is interested here that is fine but most of us have bikes and come here for the social aspect and hands on how to when we get stuck or to offer others help. :aktion086: It' been a great ride since my 1974 Superglide and Easyriders magazine days - My how things have changed.

    2012 CCT, Wonderful in white

I remember the Sunset Red very fondly when I bought my gloss pearl white CCT. A dear friend of mine also loved it and traded his bike in at the same dealer for the Sunset Red CCT. Then another dear brother bought a bronze mist CCT a couple months after that.

Always a downer to read that a Vogger is hanging up the key due to age and physical abilities. It’ll happen to all of us. I’m 73 now and fear the day when I NEED to make the decision to hang up the key and pass the bike onto someone else. In the meantime, I’ll keep on biking.

Well, you've been around here a while. It would work if you hang around, but whatever you do, I get what you're doing. Tough decision, no doubt. Whatever comes next enjoy.
