What are you talking about? They are clearly up +13% (-18 up to -5). Lol!!!!
F$#k Polaris. I don’t care what they bring out, I’m not buying it!!!
Does that mean we can bring back the one that shall not be named?
Honestly this is what confuses me. If this is an actual Polaris prototype this is truly the worst-kept secret ever! They knew what they were doing. They wanted to see what kind of buzz they could create. Not such a bad idea, me thinks! So why all the cloak and dagger, fake outrage and deleting of stuff? Oh well, doesn't matter to me anyway. I will be watching to see what they bring out. I hope it is a big water cooled high output mill. It's time.
Yeah fuk polar -A$$
It’s the new polar-a$$ trans continental fixed fairing water buffalo
Agreed, don't you think so @WERA689
A Indian salesman by me, heused to sell Victorys too, told me that before Polaris closed Victory, that Victory had a new liquid cooled engine for the Vision. And he figured that Indian will be using roughly that same engine at some point. Guessing this is it.
How original. Another HD clone.
It's been rumored for years that Victory was coming out with a new water cooled big twin fixed fairing. But it takes awhile to dumb down a cool Victory design into a Harley wannabe. Instead of looking like something original they gotta make it look just like a Road Glide now. Release it in 2019, should hit dealer showrooms sometime after the riding season 2022.
I’d rather it be an Indian than a Victory if it’s gonna look like a Harley. Victory stands alone. Thanks Polaris. It’s our now.
My friend used to own a Victory dealership. Oldest in the state in fact. He said something along these lines too. The Vision will be updated. I wonder what that would have looked like? Seems they went back to the drawing board to get the Indian badge on it. I doubt this new bike ever was a Vision except for maybe the motor. The styling? ...........eh eh.
I thought they would have used a Vision type intergrated fairing. They must really want to be a HD wanna be. I the RG in my opinion is the ugliest bike I have seen. But dang if those lED light look amazing from the front.
It seems a little silly from a BUSINESS perspective to moan about being "Harley -like".
HD INVENTED the bagger. The Street Glide came out...13 years ago? The brainchild of Willie G.
This bike became the best selling bike and the most recognized in a short time. You HAVE TO "copy" to some degree to compete.
Victory came out with the Vision. We all know It's a better bike, but even here on the VOG, there are those that wouldn't be caught dead riding one. Fail.
If you want to make money, you must offer WHAT SELLS. Going totally their own way failed Polaris.
I LOVED my Victory bikes and the engine. I don't care if they put "Indian" on it. If this is our beloved liquid cooled Victory engine we talked and dreamed about for years, I'm in.
My Indian is a decent bike. It's better than any HD I owned. I have pulled it apart and seen the same great engineering I saw in Victory. I don't ever want to go back to HD. The Japanese have nothing like our American v-twins. They always come out odd in some way.
I'm psyched if it turns out to be true.
HD doesn't offer inverted forks and a wicked engine you see in the picture. 2" crappy inches of suspension travel, and oil problems. Not to mention the left sided belt you cannot get to. This bike is NOT a HD clone.
