I lived with a vegetarian for a couple years. She made such good stuff I ALMOST didn't miss meat. I have personally cut back on meats, especially processed and big time ultra processed, because it's so hard on your kidneys. So I really look forward to that big 'ol cheeseburger but 93%. Protein shouldn't exceed your weight multiplied by 0.36. That's the max if anybody wants to know. As I keep losing I also lose protein levels and that meat pizza is just unaffordable anymore. It's killing me!!! Buffet's are out because they're just too dang good and I, probably all of us, get to glutenous. Gotta get your monies worth, right?
