This is just wrong!

Smart(+dishonest) move for the dumb guy would have been to tell the fire department that he 'thinks' someone might be inside.

They would surely put it out to save a life. Wrong? Yes! .....but it would have worked.

I find the message in this whole story fascinating.

I bet they collect all of the other unpaid fees....today.
