Have you tried cycling the power off and on and turning the bike's power off and on? I've heard that can get it back up and running.

Keep us posted.

Call your dealer. Victory is aware of the radio problem. Its an easy fix once the dealer gets the new radio in.

It is a known issue with the early software on the radio. Have the dealer apply all the software updates and the problem goes away.
P.S. Make sure they apply the updates in the proper order and don't skip any, as this can also cause problems.

You can also do a radio search on www.vision-riders.com . There are numerous posts about early radio problems that have been solved by the dealers and Victory. If your dealer still says there is nothing wrong, go to another dealer.
