It is a known issue with the early software on the radio. Have the dealer apply all the software updates and the problem goes away.
P.S. Make sure they apply the updates in the proper order and don't skip any, as this can also cause problems.
well the dealer is still telling there is no problem with it. contacted manufacture. here is the last reply from them."I gave that info to our service dept...they will call Victory again today to see what they say...there is NO BULLETIN anywhere from Victory that they recognize this as a problem...so he will call again."wow nice for a bike that is over $20,000
You can also do a radio search on www.vision-riders.com . There are numerous posts about early radio problems that have been solved by the dealers and Victory. If your dealer still says there is nothing wrong, go to another dealer.
