Could somebody explain me function of indicators on the speedometter for the model vegas

From left to right.

Cruise control
ABS
Neutral
Highbeam
Turn signals/Hazards
Low fuel
Check engine

Thanks a lot . Check engine is showing sometimes red.What does it might mean?

The engine is throwing a code. Press the button on the back of the speedometer and the code should pop up where your odometer is.
