Your saying there is a clearcoat?!? I barely touch my paint and end up w/ surface scratches.

Yeah, I think the clear coat is so thin it doesn't exist on the 8balls. lol

You're right Pop. These aren't show bikes they're road bikes. Every time I come home I notice something new from the road, nothing huge but a little mark here and there. Oh well. The one that really bothered me the worst was the first one. After that, it's all par for the course. But I do like to keep it nice and shiny. It's my therapy to go into the garage and spend an hour polishing the bike, especially on days where someone needs to be beaten to death. I take an hour, calm down, and it saves a life. lol
