I just installed 1 of those l_e_d strip running board turn signalights. everything works great until I start riding the bike. Only the right turn won't work. I checked all the continuity on the ground everything working, like I said when not riding, left /right and hazard. I read the manual and it said it recieve a ground signal so I'll try to re splice the ground on the right turn side. Left turn signal is all good and working. Anyone experience this?

Thanks

Update, so after checking all connection it was still not working on the right turn signal, so I started thinking just maybe its drawing g a little to much amps. So I cut back the light strip and it now works perfect. I hooked it up by tapping into the turn signal wires in the fairing same as how WD did.
My question is if I wanted to add. More led turn lights in the back like those sabre tooth led on the saddle bag, how do I wire those up if with just the floor board light its overloading turn signal system? Thanks

Well, if you want to add lights to your heart's content, and those lights are to function as turn signals, and you've encountered a limit when using the stock turn-signal wires, you can always add a trailer isolator.

I added an isolator when I put in Rivco's mirrors with LEDs on them -- they have running and turn-signal lights facing forward, and turn-signal lights facing rearward -- and everything works as intended. The bad news is that this gets expensive, and is a bit of a pain in the ass to wire up.

If you're still interested in this solution, I have a verrrrry looooong write-up on this whole project as a page on my web site, with pics and instructions, here:

Adding Rivco LED Mirrors to a Victory Cross Country Motorcycle

(And the good news is that you can skip large chunks of that write-up, and not miss much.)
