I bought a used 2013 judge last september, put the wife on the back and errrrrrr.... Fender bolts grinding the rear tire and belt rubbing on the belt guard. I cranked down the preload on the shock and it's better but the belt is still rubbing when the suspension compresses over bumps. So... I have a progressive 465 coming in the mail. Any tips on the install would be helpfull and I would like to set the preload before I put in the bike. The 2 of us plus gear is probably around 375 pounds, but I do 95% of my riding solo. How should I set the preload as a happy medium? (Not too harsh solo, but wont bottom out with the wife on)

No shock info.

Sounds like someone put wrong bolts in the seat or backrest . bolts should not be long enough to extend thru the frame.

Check your taillight wiring harness, make sure that it didn't get damaged as well.
