Wolverine loggers with goretex ridden in rain all day feet stay nice and dry. Also awesome grip when down on the ground. Just my preference. Never tried the ones you mentioned

20200912_194102.jpg Gallup NM. Bikes were broken into here. Rain gear, tools, jacket, helmet and 2 bottles of bourbon down. Prescription glasses were found by the cook and turned in. Lesson learned, boys with leather saddle bags that don't lock need to empty them every night.

amCharts.jpg Still have a few states to fill in.

My XC ran the distance without issue. The boys on the HDs were not as lucky. Cracked exhaust header, broken shifter, broken throttle (dealer from 40 miles away brought us parts), Clutch lever pivot pin MIA, blowing oil out of the reservoir tank and stop at a dealer to refix the broken throttle.

I have to admit that the HD service departments will go out of their way to take care of travelers. Can't say the same thing for Indian/Victory dealers. Contacted 3 shops on the road for an oil change and none of them would fit me in. Went to a parts store in California and they would let me change the oil in the lot but I had to take the used oil with me. No thanks!

@JeffD After 46 yrs on Harleys and running 48 states on them. I always gave them credit for that. Wherever I had an issue I became a priority fix. Actually watched them pull a bike off a rack for mine. Their network is excellent for that. And Great ride there lol I’ve also made them
