I finally found the rattling front end problem. One of the pins that holds the plastic rear section of the fender together has broken off. $3.00 for the pair. Problem. I can't get it on! They are expanding bolt types. Anyone ever had a problem front end problem like this?

Sounds like time to break out the drill and drill bits, if you can post a picture of the problem we may come up with a better solution.
