I have a problem of trying to get the mirror bolt on the right side of a2002 Vic cruiser off and looking for suggestions
Preferably not wanting to drill it out it was broke when we got the bike

Must have landed upside-down. I'd soak it with some penetrating oil then do one or more of the following: Vise-Grips, just lock onto it and turn it (may be reverse threaded too, keep in mind). Use a cutting tool (Dremel) and make a slot across the top and use a large flat-head screwdriver, drill a hole about 1/3-1/2 of the diameter of the bolt down into the center about 1/2 inch or so (stepping up from smaller size to larger), this could relieve the pressure and make it easier to break free.

Thinking about it, I'm really wondering if it's reverse-threaded and you're trying to tighten it. Good luck
