This is almost the only website I visit on my iPhone and today I've started getting a message saying that my iPhone is infected and trying to re-direct me to a website "Apple-Security.com" to install a VPN software.

Might want to check your Mobile web site.

I've been getting the same message. Only while on this website. I'm on other forum and no issue on them. I've gotten the message on this site at least 8-10 times today. End up having to close the page and reopen to avoid clicking on the pop up.

Same here... Started popping up but only on this website. Was looking at modifying stock exhaust on my Gunner when started getting the Apple pop up.

removed the explanation of some recent security concerns due to OS protocol changes.

Just don't open anything on the internet if you don't know what it is.

Sorry if it caused any confusion.

Not sure I understand what you were trying to explain, but this phony "alert" is trying to re-direct you to a fake web site "Apple-Secur1ty.com" to install their "VPN" software. Definitely not legit .

Got it too. Don’t open it. Just close out and restart.

Sure sounds like the site has been hacked somehow.

Without due diligence by the administrators this is a possibility....... But really it is a internet scourge and is so so hard to alleviate,. I do not or have had no reason to use my phone to browse any forums etc. yet, but use Android OS for phone and Linux for PC and laptop so have far less probability of getting these scams.....

When you get those redirects, please grab a screenshot of it, the entire URL you're being re-directed to (not just the visible part), and tell us which device, OS, and browser you're using. With that information, we can locate, identify, and block those from appearing. Without that, we can't do much. So help us, and everyone else, out here! We'd like to get rid of that crap too! :)
