That’s OK I’m still pissed about the Hartford wailers I loved to go watch the boxing match between Boston Bruins and Hartford… during intermission we would watch a little bit of hockey!

I feel you @arkvic, I was a suffering Rams fan during the Late 80's/90's and then 04 to say 2012, After multiple crappy coaches and ending with Fisher. Since McVay was hired it has been much better. I just went down to LA and watched my first live game in three years and the first at SoFi. I saw the Rams live way back in 04 in Seattle and then three years ago In San Francisco. Good time but way to much money

I started snow skiing around 16 years old. My brothers and I just decided one day to try it out so we drove over to Ashland Oregon. Rented some skis and had at it. Good times. We would probably go three times a month after that. Did most of my skiing up in Bend Or at Mt. Bachelor. When I moved up to Vancouver B.C, I did a lot of skiing up and Whistler / Blackcomb. I met some young guys while framing up there that snowboarded so they talked me into giving that a go. Loved it. Except when you lost all your speed and ended up having to walk. I have not done the sport for years now but maybe one of these days I will take it up again.

I was saying this 2 decades the one constant was the Ford family. Or is it the curse of Bobby Layne?

I remember when the Whalers signed Gordie Howe and his two sons in the mid 70s.

Back in the 90's a friend named Ted told me he and his Father went to a Red Wing, Blackhawk game, I believe around 1957 or 8 when Ted lived in Chicago. This one Chicago fan kept yelling nasty words to Ted Lindsay. After a while Ted had had enough and during play got off the ice and went into the stands and broke his hockey stick over the guy's head. Then immediately went down and grabbed another stick and continued play. Wow.

My older sister lives out in LA and went to the game and sent a few pictures. Not sure who she was pulling for, probably just wanted a good game. Amazing that it took so many years for the LA area to get a new and proper football stadium.

Drummer when i'm not riding, and also tweaking tuning and enjoying my 11.2 home theatre.

Also a leafs fan for all the hockey chatter that's been in this thread so far. So I feel the pain...
