Hi All
Just wanted to introduce myself. My friends call me Sally. I know, this is about bikes, but no matter how old I get, I'll always be MustangSally.
My OM and I just became converts (2 mths ago) to Victory. He has a 09 KP(bought as a left over)and I, a 2010 XRoad. So far so good! Have taken them on a 1,000 mi road trip and been very happy with them both!
We are also into Classic cars, working on a 57 chev right now (well, not really, that's our winter project LOL)
Will keep watching the forums here, looks like a lot of good info!

I'm working on that as we speak. This new digital stuff gets me all ruffled LOL!
MyXRoad is Black and I call it the Stealth Bomber. My hunny's is the Kpin and it's GORGEOUS! Blue w/White and tons of chrome!

We both come off of Kawasaki Vulcans. We had no complaints about them. They were great rides, served their purpose,and never had an ounce of trouble with them. (Had HD and Honda before the Kawi's)
Our goal was to do more traveling on the bikes. I haddone a few good rides on my Kawi 900, but it didn't feel real comfy on the "long rides, aka highway"(1,000 mi or more) It didn't have enough "gear". I was always wanting another "gear"! So my OM put a different pulley in it which helped, but............ I knew it was time to upgrade!
I looked at other bikes, Kawi, Yama, Honda, Susu, Then we went ona Victory "test drive" and road several models, then we were "hooked"
Sorry I didn't mention HD. Been there, done that, too expensive, blaa, blaa,.Why I went to Kawi!! More bike, less $$

The oil thing is an ongoing (lets say) joke... Post the pics in your gallery under the my account tab up top, then you can insert them into a tread. But forget the pics of the bikes, put some up of the car

Welcome Sally!! Did a 57 Chevy with a friend when I was 19 one summer. Long time ago!! We put a built 327 in it (what did we know) and a glass nose. Good luck!!
