Just a question, but

did you connect the battery wires correct?

When contact ON, are the lights working?

Is it in gear ?

All this above will not start your bike

OK what sound is missing, an engine sound or sterio sounds, I've just seen your other posts about your radio not working, and here I thought the starter wouldn't turn, ha ha ha

There are many sounds that come from a bike.
Insulting people is probably not going to get you a lot of help

2015 Victory Vision radio display works fine all buttons work but no sound from the radio.
