I have to agree. Thought the old site was one of the best membership sites out there. I actually canceled my VMC membership because their "new" site was one of the worst I'd ever seen.

I miss the ability to change your display name. I got reset to my sign on name. That and I now have no idea what all the like icons do, plus they are not visible on my tablet unless hovering over them.

Overall I'm liking the new layout . Works much better with my tablet.

Which Vog do you miss new guy? This is Vog 3 with another significant upgrade early on that could have been considered an iteration of its own.

While it is sad that OT is going, a lot of the OG Vog members have departed or become very quiet since Andy sold the place. As is always the case with ancestors they do not like the tone or approach the new fellas take. It is expected.

It is also expected there will be those who do not handle change well.

Goodbye, trust me you will not be missed as OT will be, or you could stay a week and see if you can get used to it. There is a Forum which never changes and costs only a little.

    Keith

    Really? Just like that?
A little change and you guys will walk away?
You may find you like it better if you just take the time to check it out.

If a grizzled old bastard like me can figure it out, it can't be too tough. Hell, you managed to post that you're leaving.

The new format reminds me in some ways of the BMW MOA site which I am also a member of. I think it is a good step forward.

Yeah, it's different, but really not all that bad. I'll get used to it and carry on knowing that there will still be good stories, valuable information and brotherhood to share.
But hey, if you gotta go, you gotta go. See ya.

Layout absolutely sucks. After you post in a thread; it disappears from new posts, and the text is a ***** to see. I'll give it a little while, but IMHO this place has gone from prolly the best layout around; to the worst. Change is not always improvement

I think I'll give the site a little more than FIFTEEN HOURS before I pass judgement. They have made changes already and catered to our wants...

I have been on the site for just 20 minutes or so and see half a dozen things I think are better. Good work! I especially like where I can go direct to a Vision specific group.

I certainly can't stop anyone from leaving, but we didn't do this just to amuse ourselves. It won't take you hanging around very long to notice some much needed improvements, and we're here to help you get the hang of it.

I know a lot of folks don't like change. We'll do whatever we can to help.
