I wasnt gonna ask. I was just thinking if it was a different country what the differences were as far as the BAR and if the flag had a gold fringe thats all.

Since I'm so insistent? That's funny. You're the one insisting to continue after you said you wanted to drop it.

But since it's such a bother to prove your case and the evidence is a blurred mess I'll leave it be. Looks like a citing of a case though. Not law or a legal standing. Merely the summary of a case and the defendant's defense. Guess that's why we only got a small excerpt.

Honestly I hope you are correct and California is not a state. I would love for that to be the case. It's a trainwreck! If it is true I would assume your court tactics will only work there.

Good luck on the job. I'm out.

Your acting like a real cophead.
You know im having trouble uploading. And its posted somewhere in this thread.
AND IM TRYING TO GET THINGS DONE RIGHT NOW.
Heres the case i was handed.
Its not MY case and this guy would lose anyway because he was in a company vehicle.
The judge and clerk, at different times told me we cant use the Constitution or Supreme Court rulings because of this.
Go to page 6, right hand side.
Im not ignoring you. Been busy. And my head is just fine. Why cant you wrap your head around it ?

I know its hard to read. I posted the case number. See the real deal. I aint hiding $hit. I aint lying. Havent given any reason for you to think so.
But what keeps me from being upset is knowing tomorrow when you wake up, you'll still be a cop.
    If you really are one.
Apparently there is no possible way to convince you. Have you realized that? If so, why are you asking me questions ?
Ive answered all of them as far as i can tell 3 or 4 times over.
Now other than a "motor vehicle",
    ( A COMPANY VEHICLE),
What wannabe law says you cant travel around in your car ?

    Ok, whatever that means.

I know you've said that many times. Doesn't mean I can't expect you to maybe eventually learn how to do it. But yes, I do recall reading through that before. I thought you were saying the judge in your case gave you something saying Cali was not a state. That's not what it is at all. That's the defendant's defense..... Like yours.... So it's not the judge saying Cali is not a state, it's the defendant.

Yep, I'm just faking. You caught me.

Think what you want. I have no reason to care and will not be trying to convince you of it.

I guess I can not be convinced. You failed to make a case I believe to be true. The utter lack of evidence is the issue with me. I just need more evidence than you just saying you did it. Like I said I find it very possible the judge simply did not want to deal with a sovereign citizen, like most cops don't. Sometimes dismissing the case is better than getting a headache from it.

Overall you have not been easy to follow and the presentation of your case has not been great. Maybe that's just because you don't fully get this whole forum thing and need more time to get used to it but you are correct, I'm not convinced.

If we could still customize what the avatar says where mine says "VOG Police Chief" you should go with "Lizard People Leader," and I would go with "Fake Road Pirate."

Maybe he got the people confused. I found this but I haven't found anything about meeting Bin Laden.

"Fifteen years earlier, in 1983, Rumsfeld had a more up-close and personal connection with the Iraqi leader—then Washington’s favorite to win the Iraq-Iran war that was devastating the young men and border communities of both countries. He went to Baghdad as the envoy of then-President Ronald Reagan, to arrange with Hussein how best Washington might make sure that Iraq, the weaker of the two sides, would win against Iran. The United States offered to provide arms, intelligence, and more—including material (which was indeed delivered) that became seed stock for biological weapons. Presumably by the time Hussein had become the US enemy du jour, Rumsfeld and his cohorts were counting on the American people’s short memory to make sure no one brought up the embarrassing meeting."

Also if you Google "rumsfeld meets bin laden" for images of the event you do not get any. You do get a few of these.

No, it was bin laden. They were outside in the desert. Ladin was looking over a rifle and rumsfeld was standing there looking stupid. It was a long time ago but I'll try.
    It was a news clip.
