At this point it should be common sense. Don't be looking at stuff that you might have to answer for someday. I think naked women and such is one thing, but if you're googling how to make a bomb, or sign up for membership on some nazi website, you shouldn't be surprised that you might be on someone's radar. Other than that, there isn't someone watching you 24 hrs a day. There's not enough manpower to monitor everyone constantly.
