Hi all,
I posted a similar message over at VictoryForums.com.
Rode my Cross Roads off the lot yesterday and just wanted to take a moment to say hello. The only immediate modification I made was the addition of the Ness exhaust. Very nice tone.
I'm coming off an HD Sportster 1200 Low. Love that bike, but I was getting beat up on the highway. When I first bought it, I had a scant 3-mile, all-surface-road commute to work in downtown Salt Lake City. But last fall I moved to Park City. Now, my commute is 35 miles one way, dropping from nearly 8000 feet in elevation to 4500 feet, over Parley's Summit on some very windy and curvy roads.
In just a couple of days and a couple hundred miles, I can tell you that riding the Cross Roads over this is a dream. The difference is night and day.
Looking forward to getting more insight from everyone. And if you're in or riding through northern Utah, let me know and we'll go for a ride.
Cheers,
Dave
