Are 3D printing these, cutting them out of Teflon or some other substrate? They look great, congratulations.

3-d printed, tested a few materials and decided on one that has been on my bike for a while.

What kind of bolthead provisions on the bottom?

I used flat-head carriage bolts on mine...

regular carriage bolts, first time I see those, I will see where I can get them locally.

they are called "plow" bolts, not readily available but I can order them.

Just arrived in the mail! Thank you for the fast turnaround. The pad looks great! I'll mount it up and post a pic tonight.

I did, but I'm not sure how it applies to the kickstand? The only bolt it fit was pretty far from it by the oil filter. (See first pic below)

My only greif with getting it installed was getting the remains of the old one off. I'd like to have a talk with the guy who made the decision to rivet a wear and tear part on. Certainly no fault of yours jkcerda but it had me scratching my head for a minute thinking "Noooo. There's no WAY they would rivet this on... Would they?" (Yes, they would!)

So, I drilled off the rivets and put on the puck. The bolts were too short at first but there were two longer bolts included. I used the longer one to pull it snug and then the other was ableto bite on the threads. Good thought including the longer bolts!

Other than the rivet drilling, the install was pretty easy. I have a few pics as promised. Overall, I'm happy.

the bolt cover goes in the front where the pad meet the bolt after the kick stand is raised.
