No link, @BP6666VR . I watched the 2nd qualifying run on MotoAmerica Live+. No worries, though. Tomorrow's MotoAmerica King of the Baggers race at Road America in Wisconsin will be broadcast on cable channel FS2 at 5:00 PM EST.

Why didn't you record it for us to see?

    Where's your play by play?

    What were the qualifying results?

Haven't been able to find any news from the track about the baggers.

Only 1/10 of a second difference between place 1 and 2

Gonna be a good race ... But seems unlikely HD gonna loose, already 2 or 3 races they lost, there is too much pride on the table for HD,

During yesterday's Supersport Race with sport bikes that weigh significantly less than the bagger bikes, Richie Escalante and Sean Dylan Kelly traded first place quite a bit, pulling pretty far ahead of the rest of the pack. But in their exciting battle for 1st place, first Kelly went down in a sharp left corner immediately followed by Escalante going down in the very same corner during the final lap of the race. During the post-race interview, Escalante admitted that right after Kelly went down, Escalante said he applied a little too much front brake while trail-braking, which caused Escalante's front tire to lose traction and wash-out, which caused Escalante to go down in the same location of that sharp left hand corner.

With as heavy as those bagger bikes are, roughly 650 pounds, combined with the extended, long straight-a-ways that'll allow those baggers to build-up quite a bit of speed on those extended runs, if those baggers don't quickly slow down with performance braking just before a curve turn-in point, I think we're going to see some baggers going down in a similar manner with their front tires losing traction and washing-out due to going into a curve with too much speed for the front tire traction potentials.

Hard performance braking at the end of an extended run plus trail-braking into a sharp curve, plus significant in-board body leaning in the sharp curves to prevent hard-parts from scraping and lifting a tire off the ground, is going to be just as important as raw speed on the extended straight-a-ways, in my opinion.

King-of-the-Baggers-Logo-2021_PNG.png While that was a great first and second place finish for the # 33 and # 10 Wyman brothers on their corporate sponsored Harley-Davidson Road Glides, I am admittedly disappointed that # 29 Tyler O'Hara and his Indian Challenger, though he started strongly and very briefly held first place, ultimately experienced some sort of problem and dropped out of the race in the second to the last lap. # 79 Hayden Gillim and his Harley-Davidson Electra Glide finished in third place. I'm sure corporate Harley-Davidson is incredibly happy that Harley-Davidson motorcycles swept the podium and took first, second, and third place at the Road America race track in Wisconsin today, essentially in Harley-Davidson's backyard.

Here's a highlight video, but it doesn't show the entire race.

They never went to him on air after the race, or anyone on the Indian team, to see what went wrong.
