Hey guys, I'm looking for some opinion and suggestions for different bars on my vegas. The stock bars for me feel too low and have a bit too much angle. I prefer a bit of a straighter grip angle as when I ride for any distance over an hour my wrists start getting sore. If I rotate the bars up to help out with height, the angle of the grips just gets worse as the bar ends start start pointing upward. I had risers on there at one point, but it didn't help with the angle.

So in a nutshell: Something higher with a straighter than stock grip. I swear if I could twist them up a bit and bend the bars out a little I'd be all set, but of course, nothing is ever that easy.

    Any thoughts or suggestions?

How about highball bars? Definitely higher and when I test rode one, it felt like my hands were a little straighter and not curved inwards as much as other Vics.

...I think 10 - 11 inches is what the limitations are for stock cables/brake line on the steel frame

I can get forum members $100 off genuine Burleigh Bars, the guy that owns and runs the factory is a longtime friend and rides Victory.
They're not cheap but the best never is, 304 grade American Stainless Steel, polished or powder-coat black
and with the AU$T - U$A exchange rate in your favour, you wont get a better deal.
check their website...Burleigh Bars - Motorcycle handlebars for custom Harley Davidson, Victory, Choppers, Triumph, Metric Cruisers, Suzuki | Custom handlebars for custom bikes

BURLEIGH BARS RollerBars on my Vegas they do away with risers and give a tougher look in 1 3/4" Polished Stainless, better position, easier on wrists, are set up for internal wiring if that's your thing. 20191110_135052.jpg

I’d love to trade with you
If you’re in the lower mainland you can come by my place and we can do the swap
