On one of the Victory forums i saw a pic of a nice blacked out Vision, even the front signal lights had been partially blacked out, I think the bike was done by a shop in California somewhere.
Trying to track that beauty down again as i have a couple ideas from it for mine.

Try looking for it with Google images. Good chance they have it or something like it.

Found those on Arlen's site. I was posting while you were receiving and posting
responses..
Arizona Victory does quite a bit with blck out lenses and what not.. So, maybe \something viz them is what you saw...??
