It was a wrap for me today for the lousy 2020 riding season. Just 6823 kms (4240 miles) of riding to nowhere in particular. Hopefully next year will be much better.

I'm hoping to get another ride in before I put the bikes away for the winter, but it's not looking promising. This year has absolutely blown for me and riding, really hope next year is better!

While I dealt with this years brutal summer I didn’t get to ride much. Now is riding season in Florida. I hear bikes every morning. The roads are full of bikes now. The good weather is just about here.

Yes... it’s unfortunate: we got a wee skiff of snow yesterday and the Alberta forecast has the temperature hovering around the freezing mark for the next two weeks so it is more than likely over for 2020. I have only 300kms to go before I can rack up 13,000 km (10,000 miles) on my 05 Kp ... she runs like a champ and I hope to get the O.D. close to 100,000 kms next season.
Stay safe if you are still riding, people who love you are depend on your safe return home.

Well my season is going to be cut short due to having to remodel our master bathroom before the start of December. I've been WFH since March. That won't change anytime soon so if it's clear I'll come up with a reason to take the Pin out when I can. Fortunately, we got a long weekend in the Michigan UP.

I'll end this year with a meager 5k miles.

5B3E6852-7764-474F-B2FA-3DF36AF27905.jpeg I moved my bike to the winter storage area on the weekend. This was my best year for a few years. I have over 8000 KMS so far. With covid we could not cross borders and limit the place we went. My friend had over 19000 KMS this year and went no where. He is retired, I’m still working until next spring. If we get another warm day 10 minutes I can get it out.

Sucks. I remember those sad days when I lived in the NE.

Back in Texas its the start of the decent weather. Now with the heated seat and grips I can't wait for the "cold"!

Next 14 day forecast has a high of 5C but if it changes I can pull it out very quick.

In the Port of Brisbane as we speak,
should be in my possession next week sometime, still got Aussie compliancing, import tax, and fit my Burleigh Bars and chrome Lloyds primary plate, and I'm off riding.
Strong chance I'll swap my RPW Slash pipes over too, may drop a few horse , but got plenty to spare.
