The way they close and the look reminds me of Viking bags. Looks like someone had that cross put on there after the fact. But that is my hunch on the make.

I thought that as well but the padding on the side between the strap is raised and there are no styles like that on Viking Bags. Im leaning towards Viking but came across these and def grabbed my eye. Thanx for the input.
