i prefer the easy way, so which bolts removes the front of the fairing. I see 4 large ones, but i looks like that would remove the whole thing. I ended up removing the plastic dashboard but that didn't help me much..lol

ok, i actually removed those, i didn't realize you had to pop the top of the fairing off. Now my only issue is, what is holding the bottom of it? Does it just pop off? or are there bolts holding he bottom?

Thanks, that was part of my original issue though, I could not figure out how to remove the trim. I removed one allen bolt on the bottom, but do not see any other bolts for the trim. Does it just pop off?
Victory really has cleaned the lines of the bike so much so that I can't find the bolts to remove things..lol

Could someone take a pic of the fairing off? I just want to think ahead when I get a cross country. I am getting one, but probably not until next year at the soonest. i am currently making some custom LED lighting for my bike and I am thinking when I get the Vic to put the electronics in the fairing.

I worded my reply incorrectly because I read the thread on correctly.

Can the fairing shell be taken off so you can get inside the fairing? If so if someone takes their fairing shell off can you take pics?

If you still have the fairing off could you take a close up f the radio itself.
I have a couple ideas brewing in head and if feasible I might have a way around the Ipod connection stuff but just want to get info off radio.
FCC ID are a great thing.

Thanks

Here are a few pics. Keep in mind, mine has the XM radio and a custom amp.
